ENTTEC is seeking an experienced and passionate ‘Product Specialist’ for our Light-to-Music software EMU. The ideal candidate will have to ensure all aspects of the functions of EMU software’s planning and execution, including, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure the product is successful in the market.

Main responsibilities:

As the subject matter expert of EMU software, you will:

  • Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy in line with the company-wide objectives to ensure the product’s success in the market.
  • Understand and translate customer requirements into comprehensive product solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analyses to provide insight into driving product decisions and sustaining a competitive lead.
  • Work closely with product teams and engineers to ensure the successful development and implementation of product updates and enhancements.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning and messaging strategy, as well as provide technical insight into the product.

The ideal candidate will have to ensure all aspects of the functions of ENTTEC’s Website Strategy and Design, in line with the company’s goals and objectives. The Website Strategy & Design Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the strategy behind the User Interface and User Experience related to ENTTEC products, as well as digital marketing and managing the website, while ensuring high-quality brand recognition and consistency.

Responsibilities:

UI/UX

1. Develop, guide, and optimize the experience users have when they interact with ENTTEC’s website or a piece of software.

2. Conduct user research and analyse metrics to obtain information about user needs and behaviours.

3. Visualise design by creating user flows, mock-ups and prototypes using Figma and Adobe suite.

4. Collaborate with the product team to create and refine products and services.

5. Apply user-centred design to create the best possible experience.

SEO

6. Track, report and analyse website analytics.

7. Optimise landing pages for search engine marketing.

8. Perform on-going keyword discovery and optimization.

9. Work with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.

10. Make necessary changes to website architecture, content and links to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Other website-related activities

11. Monitor and report on website usage and traffic.

12. Liaise with the marketing team, sales team and product team to ensure the website content is up to date.

13. Oversee the storage and maintenance of ENTTEC’s image and video libraries to ensure ease of use and access.
